Rachel Lee, Founder/Owner

Rachel Lee is a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area and has been a licensed agent for over 10 years. She's a top-performing agent and leader in the health insurance industry. After working as an independent agent for many years, she was recruited to work in a leadership role for UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions. Her role as an agent manager sparked a passion for working with and developing agents. This newfound love of working with agents motivated her to form Midwest Insurance Pros, LLC and recruit a wonderful. In addition to her passion of serving her clients and agents, she's the proud mom of a very charismatic 4-year-old boy (future agency owner?), and enjoys running and cooking in her (somewhat limited) spare time.
